All the payment related information will be collected and kept with the relevant banks while the rest of the user information that had been collected here is for the use of Pepoles Bank.

If the Assessment bill you pay is credited to the wrong assessment account number, you should have bring the original and duplicate of the online verification receipt, National Identity Card, and assessment notice for the correction, and return to the assessment section in the Kandy Municipal Council.

You cannot put your name under "Paid by" option via the online payments. If you want get the Receipt Name Under "Paid by" Option please is kindly Visit Assessment Counter in the Shroff section.
Note: If you wish to use a Debit Card, please make sure that the Debit Card supports on-line payments, and necessary configurations are done. You may contact the issuing bank for verification.
